Rebecca (Bec) joined YMC in May 2023 as Head of Partner Relationships. Her role is focused on ensuring our valued partners have the best possible experience working with our team. With several years of experience working in the property industry, Bec has a client-centric approach and values the importance of creating and nurturing relationships for shared success.

Her warm, outgoing nature and passion for helping people means supporting clients and her peers comes naturally. As someone who has always loved being a part of her client’s property journey, she is very much aligned with YMC’s values and mission to provide peace of mind, by helping fulfill life-changing property dreams. Bec is driven to provide clients with a quality and seamless service.

In her free time, Bec loves embracing the wonders of nature, whether it’s embarking on an invigorating bush walk, or basking in the sun and reading a book on beach days. And of course, we can’t forget to mention her love for her little fur babies!
