Liza joined our team in August 2016 after taking some time out from the industry to raise her daughter.

Not many people know this, but Liza is a qualified solicitor. After several years working in the industry, she decided to hone her skills in Conveyancing and eventually relinquished her practicing certificate.

Liza looks after many of our clients during the sale and purchase settlement periods to ensure all the many deadlines are met, paperwork is in check and that our clients are comfortable with their settlement preparations.

She loves working with all the different stakeholders in the transaction from the broker, bank, other Conveyancer and buyer/selling agents to make sure settlement takes place and, of course, telling our client their property deal has settled! Occasionally, when things don’t go to plan, she enjoys the problem-solving aspect of what we do in making sure our client’s goals in terms of moving and settling into their new home can still be achieved while we work overtime in the background with the bank or other Conveyancer to rectify the issues to minimise the overall impact for our client.

In her spare time, Liza loves creating new memories with her 8yr old daughter, watching theater, travelling, trying new things, reading novels and volunteering at her local church.
