Having worked tirelessly in Events for over 12 years, Felicity decided to put her skills to use in a very different professional field and joined YMC in early November 2020 in the role of Operations and Client Care. Felicity’s organizational skills and energetic personality are a major asset to our growing team as we strive to develop strategies and implement processes to continue to be at the forefront of innovation of our services within our industry.

Felicity is focused on the strategy and future development of the business. She strives to ensure the team are supported and YMC are delivering the best possible service to our valued clients and partners.

When she’s not in the office, Felicity can be found in her activewear, either running or riding her e-bike from place to place. She loves a glass of red and cannot live without Mayver’s Dark Roasted Peanut Butter.
