Jensen joins YMC with executive leadership experience having held various C-suite level roles over his career. He spent most of his career in the recruitment industry before running a successful mortgage broking business. Jensen brings a unique skillset that will drive strategy and planning whilst fostering the strong culture at YMC. With a passion for the real estate industry, Jensen brings years of personal and professional experience with a thorough understanding of conveyancing.

Jensen has been recognised for his contributions as a mentor to undergraduate students at the University of Sydney and Southern Cross University through the university’s mentoring programs. A firm believer in continuous improvement and innovation, Jensen is an advocate for learning & development and is always encouraging further education. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Swinburne University of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Cross University. Jensen has also had the opportunity to complete an Executive MBA short course abroad at INSEAD in France.

Outside the office, Jensen enjoys all things sports especially basketball and rugby league and has a little musical talent! He believes his most important job is being a father to his beautiful, kind and generous daughter.
