The role

The Service Delivery (SD) team is responsible for providing seamless conveyancing services and driving customer advocacy. You will work in a team, where your Team Leader will champion you to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.

We are looking for someone who is happy to be ‘hands on’, is here for the team result not an individual result and is keen to unlock more of their superpowers!

What you’ll do

  • Conveyancing: Day-to-day conveyancing activities including pre-exchange and post-exchange responsibilities to achieve and surpass your targets with confidence, providing clients with precise and reliable advice.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Advocacy: Champion client satisfaction by actively engaging with feedback, turning insights into action, and continuously elevating the client experience.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Support team success through clear, concise and consistent communication. Collaborate to share knowledge, insights and feedback for our collective success.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Embody YMC’s core values and actively contribute to our ambitious goals, fuelling our growth and innovation.
