As our Business Development Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our referral network, driving revenue growth, and educating the market on YMC’s unique value. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you’ll build expertise, cultivate key relationships, and shape your career in sales and business development while making a tangible impact in the property industry. With the continued growth of YMC, you’ll have the opportunity to shape not only your career but also the future of our sales function.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Grow Our Network: Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents, buyers’ agents, and other property professionals.
  • Educate & Advocate: Clearly communicate YMC’s value to partners, making their transactions faster, easier, and more profitable.
  • Prospect New Opportunities: Conduct market research, make prospecting calls, and generate new meetings to expand our reach.
  • Manage Relationships: Nurture and grow existing partnerships, identifying opportunities for increased collaboration.
  • Represent YMC: Attend industry events, meetings, and conferences, positioning YMC as the partner of choice in conveyancing.
  • Leverage Data: Analyse trends and performance metrics to uncover new growth opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Experience: Proven success in sales, business development, or relationship management, ideally within real estate, conveyancing, or related industries.
  • Communication Skills: Confidence in connecting with clients and partners via phone, email, and in person.
  • Drive & Ambition: A results-oriented mindset with the energy and initiative to exceed targets.
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using CRM systems and technology to streamline your work. Experience with Zoho is preferred but not required.
  • Resilient Go-Getter: You thrive on challenges and love chasing opportunities.
  • Relationship Builder: You’re passionate about connecting with people and building trust.
  • Problem Solver: You bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table.
  • Driver’s License & Vehicle: A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
