David founded Your Move Conveyancing in 2013 with a simple belief: property transactions deserve exceptional service. More than a decade later, that belief continues to shape everything we do.

What still drives David is seeing the YMC team grow, succeed, and deliver outstanding experiences for clients across NSW. He believes exceptional client experiences start with exceptional people and is passionate about creating an environment where the team can learn, develop, and do their best work.

Outside of work, you'll find David sailing in summer, skiing in winter, and spending time with his wife Steph, their boys Jack and Seb, and Coco the Labrador.

Rebecca joined YMC in 2023 and leads our Partner Relationships and Client Onboarding teams. She works closely with clients, referral partners, and the conveyancing team to ensure every matter starts strongly and every client receives a positive experience from day one.

Known for her warm and approachable nature, Rebecca is passionate about building genuine relationships and creating positive experiences for everyone she works with. She enjoys connecting people, supporting her team, and helping clients navigate important property decisions with confidence.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys beach days, reformer Pilates, and spending time with her much loved fur babies. She is happiest when she is outdoors and surrounded by good company.

Jensen brings extensive leadership experience to YMC, having held senior executive roles across recruitment, finance, and professional services. As Executive General Manager, he works closely with the leadership team to support the continued growth of the business while ensuring the culture and client experience that define YMC remain at the centre of everything we do.

Jensen is passionate about leadership, continuous improvement, and helping people reach their potential. He enjoys building high performing teams and creating environments where individuals can grow, contribute, and succeed together.

Outside of work, Jensen enjoys following sport, particularly basketball and rugby league. Above all else, he considers being a father to his daughter his most important and rewarding role.

Issy is YMC's Office and Operations Manager, helping keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. From improving processes and implementing systems to supporting the team and solving problems, she plays a key role in creating an environment where both our people and clients can thrive.

Before joining YMC, Isabelle spent eight years with a law firm in South West Sydney, building experience across operations, administration, marketing, accounts, and conveyancing. Known for her practical approach and passion for continuous improvement, she enjoys finding smarter and more efficient ways of doing things.

Outside of work, Isabelle loves travelling, discovering new restaurants, attending live music events, and spending time on the water fishing with her husband Andrew. At home, she's kept company by Kramer the dachshund and Wanda the cat.

Stella joined YMC in 2021 and enjoys helping clients navigate their property journey with clarity and confidence. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, she works closely with clients and stakeholders to keep communication clear and matters progressing smoothly.

As a Team Leader, Stella supports both clients and colleagues, drawing on her conveyancing experience to help guide matters through to successful outcomes. She is known for her positive attitude, strong communication, and determination to get things done.

Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, Pilates, and spending time with her family.

With more than two decades of conveyancing experience, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge and a steady hand to the YMC team. As a Team Leader, he enjoys supporting both clients and colleagues and helping others achieve their goals.

Known for his calm nature and positive attitude, Justin believes great outcomes are built on strong relationships, clear communication, and teamwork. He joined YMC because he wanted to be part of a team committed to raising the standard of client experience.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife Tyler, their children Storm and Tia, and Belle the cat. When he's not working, you'll often find him swimming, catching up with friends, or enjoying a day at the races.

Liza joined YMC in 2016 and plays an important role in guiding clients through the final stages of their property transaction. She enjoys bringing all the moving parts together ahead of settlement and takes pride in helping make the process feel smooth and manageable for clients.

Originally qualified as a solicitor, Liza chose to focus her career in conveyancing and has built extensive experience supporting buyers and sellers through important property milestones. She is known for her attention to detail, problem solving mindset, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for clients.

Outside of work, Liza enjoys spending time with her daughter, relaxing on weekends, and is currently learning how to sew.

Lauren joined YMC in 2017 and is an experienced conveyancer who enjoys helping clients navigate important property decisions with confidence. She takes pride in supporting people through significant milestones and enjoys knowing she has played a part in helping them achieve their goals.

Before joining the property industry, Lauren worked in the health sector as an acupuncturist. That experience shaped her calm, people focused approach and continues to influence the way she supports clients today.

Outside of work, Lauren values healthy living and finding balance. Her weekends are often spent recharging, and a good coffee is never far away.

Sikha joined YMC in 2021 and quickly became a valued member of the team. She enjoys helping clients navigate important property decisions and finds it especially rewarding when clients share how smooth and supported they felt throughout the process.

Before joining YMC, Sikha worked in legal practices across both India and Australia, building a strong foundation in property and legal matters. She values the supportive culture at YMC and enjoys working alongside a team that is committed to achieving great outcomes for clients.

Originally from Kolkata, India, Sikha loves travelling, exploring new cities, and creating memories with her daughter.

Naomi joined YMC in 2018 and is a Senior Licensed Conveyancer and Compliance Manager with extensive experience across a broad range of property transactions. She plays an important role in supporting the team, maintaining high professional standards, and guiding complex matters.

Fluent in both English and Japanese, Naomi is known for her attention to detail, practical approach, and ability to navigate challenging transactions with confidence. She enjoys working closely with clients and industry professionals to find solutions and keep matters progressing smoothly.

Outside of work, you'll usually find her relaxing at a café, reading a good book, or enjoying her favourite Japanese food and snacks.

Maddy has a genuine passion for the industry and is committed to delivering a positive experience for everyone involved in the transaction. Known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude, she takes pride in helping clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.

Outside of work, Maddy enjoys running, going to the gym, sewing, and exploring Sydney's cafés with her partner Kobe. She is also a proud cat mum to Tigger and never says no to a good Japanese meal.

Purvi enjoys helping clients navigate important property decisions and supporting them through what is often a significant life milestone. She takes pride in building strong relationships and ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.

Before moving into conveyancing, Purvi worked in payroll, where she developed a strong foundation in accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail. Her background in customer service and relationship management continues to shape the way she works with clients today.

Originally from East Africa, Purvi moved to Australia and now proudly calls Sydney home. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new areas around Sydney, spending time with family, and keeping up with her two boys, who always keep life interesting.

With more than 25 years of conveyancing experience, Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge and a calm, practical approach to every transaction. She enjoys helping clients navigate important property decisions and takes pride in delivering a positive experience from start to finish.

After more than two decades working in property and law firms, Kathy continues to love the industry and the people within it. Known for her reliability, clear communication, and can do attitude, she believes every transaction tells a story and enjoys helping clients through each stage of the process.

Outside of work, Kathy loves travelling, discovering new cafés and restaurants, and enjoying music and theatre.

With a background in the property industry, Troy brings a strong understanding of the relationships that drive successful transactions. As a Relationship Manager, he enjoys working closely with agents, understanding their goals, and helping create positive outcomes for both referral partners and their clients.

Having spent more than five years working alongside industry professionals, Troy understands the importance of communication, trust, and building genuine connections. He is passionate about supporting referral partners and ensuring they have a conveyancing partner they can rely on.

Originally from New Zealand, Troy now calls Sydney home. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Sydney's food scene and spending time with his partner.

With more than 30 years of experience in the property industry, including over 20 years as a Licensed Conveyancer, Kylie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every transaction. Throughout her career, she has worked across residential, off the plan, commercial, and rural property matters, helping clients navigate a wide range of property transactions with confidence.

Known for her practical approach and extensive industry experience, Kylie enjoys helping clients through important property decisions and delivering a smooth and positive conveyancing experience.

Outside of work, Kylie enjoys travelling and discovering new places, spending time with her Black Labrador Tanzie, and unwinding with a good book and a glass of wine.

Nataylia supports clients and conveyancers throughout the property transaction process, helping keep matters organised and progressing smoothly. Known for her positive attitude and willingness to help, she enjoys being part of a team that works together to deliver a great experience for clients.

Before joining YMC, Nataylia worked as a tutor, developing strong communication skills, patience, and attention to detail. She brings those qualities to her role every day and takes pride in supporting both clients and colleagues throughout the conveyancing journey.

Born and raised in Sydney with Lebanese heritage, Nataylia enjoys spending time with family, watching movies, and getting outdoors for a run or hike.

With nearly a decade of conveyancing experience and more than 30 years in the property industry, Gerry brings a well rounded understanding of the property transaction process. His background in real estate and mortgage broking gives him a unique perspective on the many moving parts involved in buying and selling property, helping him provide practical advice and guidance to clients throughout their journey.

Known for his strong communication skills and client focused approach, Gerry enjoys helping clients navigate important property decisions with confidence. He believes every transaction benefits from clear guidance, attention to detail, and personalised service.

Outside of work, Gerry enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and woodworking.

Meg joined YMC in 2022 and manages our Onboarding Team, helping ensure every client starts their property journey with clarity and confidence. As one of the first points of contact for many clients, she enjoys creating a positive experience from day one and helping people feel supported throughout the process.

With a background in executive support, office management, and customer service, Meg brings exceptional organisation, communication, and attention to detail to her role. She is passionate about delivering great client experiences and supporting both clients and the wider team.

Originally born in Germany, Meg speaks fluent German and now calls Newcastle home. Outside of work, she enjoys running, spending time at the beach, and making the most of family life with her husband and daughters, Bella and Paige.

With more than 25 years of conveyancing experience, Jodie brings a wealth of knowledge and a practical approach to every transaction. Having started her career as a settlement clerk in 2001 before becoming a Licensed Conveyancer in 2018, she has supported clients through a wide range of property matters throughout her career.

Known for her steady approach and attention to detail, Jodie enjoys helping clients navigate important property decisions and working closely with all parties to keep matters progressing smoothly.

Outside of work, Jodie is a proud mum of two teenage daughters who keep life busy, fun, and full of laughter. Living near the lake and the ocean, she enjoys the relaxed lifestyle that comes with it, along with spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and getting lost in a good book.

Lili is part of YMC's Front Office and Onboarding Team, helping clients get started on their property journey and supporting the smooth onboarding of new matters. She enjoys being part of the early stages of the client experience and takes pride in helping keep things organised and running efficiently.

With a keen interest in property and a practical approach to her work, Lili enjoys working alongside clients, referral partners, and the wider team to help ensure every matter gets off to a strong start.

She is a passionate animal lover and enjoys spending time with her rescue dog Joey, who is never far from her side.

Pamela is part of YMC's Front Office and Onboarding Team, helping clients get started on their property journey and ensuring they feel supported from the very beginning. She enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a positive and seamless experience throughout the onboarding process.

With a background in legal conveyancing and customer service, Pamela brings strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to helping others. She was awarded a scholarship through Macquarie University after achieving the highest marks in her first year of conveyancing studies and is passionate about the property industry.

Originally from New Zealand, Pamela comes from a diverse family background with roots in Fiji, India, and Pakistan. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new restaurants, cooking for family and friends, and making the most of Sydney's beautiful outdoor spaces.
